We're the team that kept shipping good sites nobody could find.
Two founders, one building software and one building growth, who got tired of watching the same problem happen to every client. This is what we built instead.

The PilotDeck team, together.
We didn't go looking for a market. We kept running into the same wall with our own clients at Aveo Software: the product was solid, the site looked right, and none of it mattered because nobody could find it.
Getting found has also changed underneath everyone. More and more people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews instead of searching, and those answers name a handful of brands.
The options we could hand clients weren't good. Agencies were expensive and slow, and what they delivered was mostly a monthly report. Tools were fast and cheap, and published whatever you pointed them at, whether or not it was worth writing.
So we built the thing in between. PilotDeck researches what your buyers search and ask, publishes content against it every month, fixes what's holding your existing pages back, and tracks where you show up in search and in AI answers.
The AI does the heavy lifting. A small in-house team of SEO and content specialists reviews the work and corrects the strategy when the data says it missed.
A software company that has been shipping for clients since 2016
Before PilotDeck, we spent more than a decade building software for other organizations, from CRM systems for growing businesses to bridge monitoring systems for government. As contractors, we also built drone compliance software used by municipalities and the Government of Ontario.
We also build and run our own products, including Cloneify.ai. We use AI coding tools every day, the same ones many of our customers used to build their sites. They make building fast. They don't bring anyone to the site once it's live, and that's the problem PilotDeck works on.
The two people accountable for what PilotDeck does

Co-founder and CTO, PilotDeck
Alpesh started as a software developer at the National Informatics Centre, which builds software for the Government of India, and co-founded Aveo Software in 2016. He holds a master's in Computer Science & Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, where his 2014 research on neural networks was published in IJEDR. He still writes code, and he leads the engineering behind PilotDeck: the system that writes, publishes and tracks your content. He's based in Ahmedabad, India, with the engineering team.

Co-founder, PilotDeck
JC co-founded Aveo Software with Alpesh in 2016 and still runs it: a development team building custom CRM systems, SaaS platforms, mobile apps and AI automation for service businesses across North America. He also co-founded Cloneify.ai, an AI platform that automates business operations. At PilotDeck he owns product strategy and go-to-market. He's based in Calgary, Canada, and if you email us, there's a good chance he's the one who answers.
